Meet Andrea Thompson, LPC-S

A therapist who meets you with steadiness and care.

Life doesn't always slow down when you need it to. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, it's easy to feel like you're carrying more than anyone realizes.

I believe therapy should be one of the few places where you don't have to hold it all together. It should feel steady, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, challenged when appropriate, and supported as you build healthier patterns and move toward the life you want.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, I work with adults, couples, and families facing a variety of life's challenges, including anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, perinatal mental health, and life transitions. Every client brings a unique story, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Healing isn't about becoming someone else—it's about reconnecting with yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, therapy can offer the space to gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with confidence.
